Many churches are unaware of the importance of church dynamics in different sized churches, and that members of churches generally conform to certain patterns regardless of denomination. Additionally, the number of relationships a person can maintain (approx. 150) is a limiting factor on single priest parishes, resulting in a failure to grow beyond 150-200 regular attenders per year:
